Relationship between Coaches and Soccer Players from Different Professional Levels

چکیده
Bu çalışmanın amacı, aktif olarak futbol oynayan profesyonel ve amatör futbolcuların antrenörleri ile ilişkilerini yakınlık, bağlılık tamamlayıcılık alt boyutlarında, spora başlama yaşı oynadığı lig düzeyine göre incelemektir. Çalışmaya 15 yaş üzeri 284 futbolcu 154 katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formu Sporcu-Antrenör İlişkisi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi iki yönlü çok değişkenli varyans (İki-yönlü MANOVA) incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda antrenör sporcu arasındaki iletişim düzeyinin amatör, olma statüsü düzeyleri arasında anlamlı fark olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. sonuca futbolculara daha iyi sahip ayrıca değişkenine bakıldığında 11 yaşından sonra başlayan olan ilişkilerinin en yüksek düzeyde görülmektedir.
